Medusa's Madness is a Greek mythology-themed slot from Play'n GO, built on a 5x5 grid with cascading wins. The game includes symbols such as winged sandals, helmets, serpents and Eye Marks, while the central Portal mechanic unlocks effects as winning symbols charge it during play.

When the grid is cleared of wins, special wilds can appear and trigger petrifying Portal effects. These effects include Petrify, which removes entire rows or columns, and Gaze, which clears all matching symbols of a chosen type.
