Arévalo

Arévalo, also known as Aruel or Arena, is a traditional casino card game presented here in a demo version for players who want to play for free and practice before playing for real money. The game uses a standard 52-card deck, with some regional versions adding a second deck to increase possible combinations. Each round begins with five cards dealt to each player, followed by an optional discard phase where up to three cards may be replaced.

The aim is to build the strongest five-card hand. Rankings follow a poker-style hierarchy, with five of a kind at the top, then straight flush, four of a kind, full house, flush, straight, three of a kind, two pair, one pair, and high card. If hands are tied, the higher main combination decides the outcome, then kicker cards are used as a tiebreaker. Regional variations include a double-deck version, a no-discard rule, and ante reduction in some tournament formats.
