Queen of Spades by Mascot Gaming uses a 5-reel, 3-row slot layout set against a gothic royal theme. The game shows card-suit symbols, royal portraits, gemstones and a Queen Wild, with the Wild marked for substitution during wins. The interface includes bet and win displays, plus spin and auto-play controls.

The paytable lists symbol values across the card and character sets, while the Queen symbol plays a central role in the bonus structure.
